1927 jyly 15 qazanda Qyzylorda oblysy  Janaqorghan audanynda dýniyege kelgen Súltan Sartayúly Stalinge deyin hat jazyp, metallurg boludan bas tartyp, Almaty memlekettik zang institutyna 1945 jyly týsip, 1949 jyly bitirip shyghady. Qazaqstan memleketi monoateistik senimdi qoldaytyn zayyrly memleket. Ár adamyng ar-ojdan bostandyghyna qúqyghy Konstitusiyamyzdyng 22 babynda bekitilgen. Respublikanyn  «Dini  qyzmet jәne  diny birlestikter turaly» 2011 jyly 11 qazanda qabyldanghan zanyna sәikes, hanafittik baghyttaghy islamnyng jәne hristiandyq pravoslaviyening halyqtyng mәdeny jәne ruhany ómirindegi tarihy oryny moyyndalady. Biraq bizding memleket jәne onyng zandary Alla aldyndaghy jauapkershilik jayly mәsele kótermeydi jәne qozghamaydy. Búl -býgingi kýni qalyptasqan tarihy qúqyqtyq shyndyq.

Eskertetin bir jәit, әlemning monoteistik senimdegi eng ozyq demokratiyalyq, qúqyqtyq jәne zayyrly degen barlyq memleketteri onyng ishinde AQSh, Batys Evropa memleketteri (Angliya,Ispaniya, Germaniya, t.b.) de bar, óz azamattarynyng Alla aldyndaghy jauapkershiligin olardyng qúqyqtyq jauapkershilikterining qúramdas bólige dep esepteydi, jәne múnday jauapkershilikti zang jýzinde moyyndau óz memleketterining payda bolyp, ómir sýrulerining jәne nyghayyp -kórkeylerining basty konstitusiyalyq -qúqyqtyq prinsipterinin  biri esebinde baghalaydy.

Qazaqstannyng zanger ghalymdary әlemdik memleketterding zayyrlylyq tәjiribiyelerin zerttey otyryp, egemen memleketimizding zayyrlylyq ústanymdaryn jәne negizderin odan әri bekite týsu jәili túshymdy oilaryn ortagha salary sózsiz.
